The wonderful gentleman of color was extremely helpful and accommodating every evening as well as the wonderful lady that checked our rooms in, however busy, she didn’t allow her customer service to decline ❤️ I was extremely pleased with my room. "Never cleaned the room during 3days, requested one more instant cup(we are three people but there only two cup in the room),but they denied. Since there is no exhaust fan, the smell in the bathroom doesn't go away after use. "

"I found the Sonesta quite nice. It’s clean, convenient to the Philadelphia airport, staff was cordial and shuttle readily available on the half hour. It is a concern that I was billed twice on my credit card. I was told there would be an extra charge in case of damage that would be returned if no problem, however I was not expecting two full charges. "
