"Lovely welcome and nice space in reception with free Tea / Coffee. Parking is free and plenty of space. The bed is massive!!! Really good location for the M5 and about 25 min drive into the city centre. The restaurant was great too. food lovely and staff nice. Only 10 mins drive away from Blaise Castle park run too - what a bonus!"
"The staff upon arrival and at the bar were very pleasant and helpful making the stay a very relaxed experience. The rooms were comfortable too and we enjoyed our stay."
"You can tell the new owners have really invested in the hotel and with work continuing I can only imagine how nice this hotel will ultimately become. The public / entrance areas are extremely clean & welcoming and the front of hour staff could not be more friendly & helpful! The room, whilst slightly dated in terms of furniture was faultless, comfy bed, clean, choice of firm or ultra soft feather pillows (I felt this choice was a nice touch!). The Bar & Restaurant also looked pleasant but did not make use of them so cannot comment further."
"An amazing Hotel, the room was spacious and clean. We loved the robes and flip-flops, the Spa was an added bonus. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of variety.
I will definitely be looking to book again"
"The property was clean but a little dated. Breakfast was good. The food in general was good. The room was very dated and in need of an update. The prices were extortionate for where it is, way more expensive than Kent on par with London. The biggest miss sell is the tv. It is advertised on Expedia as a 55” smart tv. It is not 55” and is definitely not smart. This was extremely disappointing as my wife and I were looking forward to cosying up in the room and catching up with Netflix as we are very busy people and don’t get much time at home to do this. I will be writing to Expedia to complain about this as it was something we both really wanted in our stay."
"Interesting hotel with gym, pool sau a,pub and cafe. Great for socialising. Public transport nearby, 30 minutes to the city centre.
Room with comfortable bed and lovely bedding."
