"This property was great, after an other local virtual check in failed to send me instructions to get in, this place accepted my book couple of hours prior and I arrived and 1 am and got checked in and sorted formalities, reception say on the day spoke English which was a relief at that time in the morning, the room much more presentable that most Travelodges in the uk, can’t argue with price as was £25, no complaints for the price and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again "

"Het was niet fijn daar alles is vies kapot of niet aanwezig. Bedwantsen wel aanwezig. Douche te vies om onder te staan. Vloer te vies om overheen te lopen. Dichtbij centrum maar daar mag je door werkzaamheden nu niet lopen. Ligt in een vervallen wijk. Totaal geen vriendelijke personeel niet engels sprekend. 1 ster is nog teveel gelukkig heb ik mijn geld terug gekregen. Wc zit in de douche ruimte dus als men gaat douchen kan jij niet naar de toilet. Vaste Oekraïne bewoonster dronken met 3 ...

"The reception staff were extra-ordinary. Their friendliness, helpful attitude, and customer centered focus made this a delightful experience. One of the above staff members, Yadlia, really made this the Best of the Best stays in Katowice. Since I had a gate controlled outside parking space, she would open and close the gate when my car was at the gate. What service! The whole staff including the restaurant, housekeeping, and grounds employees were the most important part of making this hotel a wonderful stay."
