"Our first room the TV wasn't working, so we switched rooms. Although there was an issue with the air conditioning that they were able to fix. I have to commend the front desk staff and the maintenance guy, they were all very nice and willing to help. "

"The property is centrally located to so many walkable CUTE things to do/eat. The room we stayed in was nicely updated however, it lacked a magnifying vanity Mirror and a full length mirror. We lucked out staying midweek, but by checkout day there was definitely a lot of noise in the adjoining rooms, typical of an older property so not much they can do about that.
Overall, room was clean, however, there was quite a bit of hair left in the shower and on the bathroom floor. "

"carpet was stained really bad; carpet also had a seem rip along the length of the room through the middle of the room. one of the bed side lamps sockets was broken to where you could get an electric shock turning it on or off. Noisey AC, no ability to open a window, black mold in the shower tile grout and some ceiling tiles in the hallway were stained from prior roof leaks. the only one staff member I encountered was really nice and the bed was super comfortable; over all for the price I paid, not worth it and I won't be coming back."

"Nice resort. It’s pretty spread out, so you’ll want to consider which room you choose and how far you’re willing to walk. Our initial room was really far from the pool on the other side of the property, so we upgraded to a suite next to the pool. Other than that, the staff were really friendly and the room was clean. "
