"Everything was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby area was nice and comfortable if you wanted to wait there, and you can drop off your bags with the front desk and go have some fun while they get your room ready for you if you get there early. I will be staying here when I visit NYC from now on!"

"We loved our stay here. The bartender was great. The location was amazing for what we wanted to do. It was close to everything. My husband especially liked the 24hr store right across the street. The only thing I would say is that shower was very difficult to do because only the handheld sprayer worked and it was just a hose and a piece of metal and it sprayed out the side but it was not easy to handle. Other than that we loved our stay there."

"Our flight came in late, we tried to check in at 3am, but was told there was a "system shutdown" from 3-4am. So 8 of us waited in the lobby for an hour (the lobby was very nice). At 4 am we were told the hotel was oversold and 2 rooms with 2 beds each were not available. We were subbed out with a king size bed for 4 people. We had 2 people that had to sleep on the floor. The staff was very nice, they felt sorry for us and gave us linens. They gave us the email of the manager, Paul Williamson. I've emailed him 3 times and haven't heard back from him regarding a refund. "
