Kid Friendly Hotels in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area

"Beautiful setting, nice restaurants/good food. We got a great rate for our room; they were good enough but dated. Huge gift shop, but expensive. No way to get snacks or beverages except at the restaurant/bar after gift shop closed. We could not find a vending machine that worked. All buildings have 2 floors, but have no elevators. Cash not accepted, credit card only. About 15 minutes to Page, or most activities. Must purchase a $30 pass to get into the park to use during the stay. Overall nice place. Would probably stay again. "

"There was no place to hang up any clothes. No where to set out our toiletries. The AC cooled one room but it was hot in the other room. We set our food on the counter and many ants showed up very quickly. The units where we stayed were behind the main hotel. We stayed at the main hotel before and those rooms were fine."

"The facilities have had a recent make over. Everything was clean and modern. The location is great after time on the river to get fed at the restaurant, (gret food), cleaned up, and rested before driving home. I will definitely stay here again!!"

"Breakfast was adequate, but started somewhat late at 7 o'clock in the morning. Staff were very kind and nice, but I suggest asking for a room on the bottom floor as soon as you make the reservation"

"The hotel was in a magical setting. The room was very clean and in a great location. The only thing I didn't like was the tiny bathroom with not enough counter space for our things. The bed was super comfortable and we had a great night's rest. The restaurant food was pretty good. We were only there one night but would go back again."
