"Homely feel and helpful, friendly host. He was extremely accommodating. The breakfast provided was a lovely bonus. It’s in a great location, central but in a quiet street."

"Convenient location for splitting up the journey. Good value."

"Primarily chosen as it was near to an event we were attending at the Nene Valley Railway (a short drive from the pub). We liked that the accommodation was in a separate building to the pub (although the pub was not loud). Good breakfast, evening meals, and friendly staff. We have a lovely walk around the village one evening, went back following day to try the local tea rooms but they closed early which was a shame. Will definitely stay here again"

"Everything about this place is fantastic"

"Really appreciated being able to check in late having had to travel to Peterborough because of NATs issue. The gentleman on reception also leant us a charger"
