"Great stay and no noise considering the proximity of the airport! Great breakfast provided from 4am (although I would have appreciated more protein eg eggs but at least there was yoghurt and seeds)."

"Breakfast was really good, well cooked, hot and very tasty. The staff were very helpful. Location spot on. We were on an end room over the car park and there were security lights on a timer , so they shone into the room . There were blinds but didn't shut out the light. I would definitely go again, loved our week there ."

"We booked about an hour before we were due to arrive and everything was excellent with our room. Considering the price the rooms are set up with anything you might need (even including a bottle opener!) We were welcomed by very helpful staff."

"Had a lovely time at the Wookey hole hotel. It's the second time in 2 years that we have been. Situated next to Wookey hole itself, just a stone's throw away. The place was spotless and clean. Staff were friendly enough. No problem parking. The restaurant now offer a buffet breakfast service for breakfast. How ever I much preferred having breakfast made to order, as no fried eggs only scrambled. Also I preferred it freshly cooked and delivered to your table. Not keen on the buffet breakfast personally. Other than that, it's set in such a lovely idyllic picturesque part of Somerset. Altogether very good value for money. Speaking of money, the hotel lacks a cash machine and you need to travel a couple of miles to get to one."

"The room was very clean, comfortable bed. All my basic needs for a one stop, just driving by. Staff were very friendly felt safe as single woman traveler. They could not do enough with any requests. I wished the TV was bigger and a working Arial signal was in the room. But I was not in the room much so it never really mattered. There was parking, luckily just outside the door. Would stay again if I visited."

"On the whole we enjoyed our stay. The food really and staff were very nice. The decor was a little dated and the room smelt a little musty, which wasnt really a problem. I was looking forward to having a bath after a 200 mile drive. Unfortunately there were black spots around the corners of the silicon on the edge of the bath. Then I turned the taps on I went back to the bath to check on it and there were things floating in the bath. I emptied it a tried again. I did this 4 times. Every time there was stuff coming out of the taps. When I brought it to the hotels attention. Is all they said was that there was repairs going on in the street and it could of been that. This happened the following evening too. As regards the matter the hotel staff were not very helpful but they were polite. When your paying for a suite I would have thought that they would of been able to help us a bit more. I ended up washing in the sink. The breakfast was very nice. I would consider staying there again. Please dont take this review as all bad. Everything else about the hotel was very nice as were the staff. It was just that they wasnt helpful with one issue. If I was staying there longer than 2 nights I would have asked for another room."
