"We had an unwanted room mate first night we were there but what can you expect,your in the middle of national park. The next morning they set a little live trap and relocated him for us. The breakfast was a buffet style and for me it was very expensive because I’m not a big breakfast eater. I ended up paying like 15.00 for one biscuit, a little gravy and a piece of bacon with water to drink. That being said we had a wonderful time. Beautiful area, peaceful and quiet. Very relaxing. Husband not excited we didn’t have a tv but I was fine with it. We stayed in the historic cabins. Loved it."

"Check in to no working elevators or hot tub. Then the desk gave us a key to an occupied room to which we walked in on the people. The guy at the desk then proceeds to ask me if I am sure it was occupied when I told him. The stair wells had sawdust on every step. "

"Breakfast is excellent. Staff at the front desk, clean staff and afternoon reception are great. Property inside rooms is tired and needs updating"

I couldn't eat much of the breakfast because of "dietary restrictions" (cannot have any bread, potatoes, starch...), but normally I would have waffles, bagels, cereal, toast, etc... besides the egg, milk... maybe an Orange juice machine would be nice. But the breakfast looked appetizing!"

"The price did NOT match the quality of the hotel. We changed rooms 3 times because of dirty sheets and old liquor bottles left in the room. The lobby floors were slick with water and filthy. I tried to call multiple times throughout the day of our check in to reserve a crib for our little one and could not get through to the front desk. They didn’t have any by the time we got there… When we arrived we learned there were no extra pillows and they weren’t receiving a shipment for 2 weeks. Also, the pool closed at 8 and that was the main reason we chose the hotel was so our children could enjoy swimming. The staff we spoke with were very nice, but not helpful for what we needed. I always try to stay at Holiday Inn Express if one is available, but this one is an absolute no-go for us again. $156 of dirt and disappointment."

"We made arrangements to stay at this place mid way on our trip. The advertisement makes it seem like its a hotel, it is not. It is a place ppl rent out while working etc. We were sports, so we checked in, got to the room: AWFUL! Room was dirty, the bed even had wads of hair on the sheets. Please if you're just looking for an over night stay rethink staying here. We were refunded on the room and secured other lodging for the night 🌙"
