"We had 2 rooms total.The room assigned to my sister & looked clean except for one corner in the bathroom. We had a small fridge which was nice, but no microwave in the room. My daughter's room was missing a trash can /recycle bin combo. The trash can in her bathroom had no liner & had standing water inside. She asked for this to be remidied & received a trash/recycle receptical fairly quickly. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator closest to our rooms broke down after we went up to our rooms, but there was another one a little further away that worked fine. Overall, I would stay here again. "

"I had to book trip on very short notice. I see 50/night and 2 stars. I still book. Don't mind the worn bedding, scratched up tub. I do mind only one working outlet. The entire lobby is walled in due to element. You check in/out through a 12 x 12 inch opening in the wall. Never saw that in my.life"

"They advertised having a hot tub, and literally don’t have one at all. It’s not like it’s broken, they just don’t have one. "

"For the area this is an amazing hotel. Best breakfast in the area for a under $60 room. Balcony is cool to have, I have not seen 1 bug in my 1 week stay. That's huge to me. I just found my new go-to place when in town on business. "

"The bar and cafe never opened due to a supposed staff issue, but it was obvious that the area had not been stocked in quite some time. The internet password was kept from me. The only way that the front desk agent would share it with me was if I became a rewards "Bonvoy" member, that is extortion of my information and time. The description of the bathroom amenities stated Paul Mitchel products that were individual in the room, generic wall mounted products were present. "

"The property is not kept clean and there is lots of wear and tear on the property. Bathroom sink stopper was broken and toilet kept flushing every 15 minutes automatically"

"There was no tub stopper for the tub I had to use my socks."

"Staff was amazing. Room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable but the few cable channels that had kids content on it werent working well. Breakfast was pretty decent, there were alot of options but eggs were salty but in the grand scheme of things, salty eggs arent the end of the world. Overall it was an enjoyable visit. "
