"The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! "Das unpraktische Hotel! Zimmer zu klein, um ein Koffer zu öffnen. Dafür aber auch kein Schrank, um Kleidung aufzubewahren. Kühlschrank direkt an der Kopfseite des Bettes. Waschbecken ist normal nicht zu nutzen, man konnte sich noch nicht einmal das Gesicht waschen, ohne sich komplett zu verrenken. Balkontüre war kaputt und die Seite zur Straße sehr laut. Frühstück leider auch eintönig und jeden Tag das gleiche."
