"Great location if your are travelling about in a car. Looked like plenty of bus services but I didn’t use this. I was travelling back and forth to Irun so perfect for me. The room has great cooking facilities, bed was comfy, very updated look and shower was nice and powerful. The gym facilities were basic but good for a quick cardio or stretching session Cleaning facilities I looked to use them but my card didn’t work, 5-6€ per wash or dryer."

The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring San Sebastián, especially close to the beach and main attractions. However, the room was quite small. Although there was a window, it didn’t offer any view outside, which made the space feel a bit closed and less comfortable. That said, everything else worked well, and the stay was smooth and easy. "The location was perfect walking distance from the town, restaurants, bars, bakeries, grocery and the beach. I liked its proximity, but also is in a neighborhood so it is tucked away from loud social noises. We enjoyed the mini kitchen, and our room with a balcony. It took us a couple days to figure out the AC but it was okay when we eventually got it. We also had an issue with the parking, we thought we had parking at the property but it wasn’t available to us. So we had to park off...

"This stay was terrible, avoid at all costs. We almost got locked out at night, a danger hazard because no one ever sent us the check in instructions. There was grafiti on the property, the sheets were dirty, the soap was diluted and poor quality. There was a false fire alarm that kicked us all out at 9 am. There was no communication with anyone because there is no front desk. They are unserponsive and never get back to you even when we requested a partial refund. We left this property early....
