"Was a very pleasant stay. Carpark is right outside of the hotel. Safe and quiet area. Check in is smooth and hassle free. The front desk Mr Vega, is a gem:) friendly and helpful. Did not have any expectations as it is a stopover for a nite. It is about 15 mins drive to San Sebastián which is not difficult to navigate from the hotel. Will return again if opportunity allows:) "

" ホテルはÁvila Bus StationからもEstacion Avilaからもとても近いので、タクシーを使わず徒歩でたどりつくことができます。そしてバスセンターや駅から近いにも関わらず周囲は1日中静かなので、ぐっすり眠ることができます。観光名所のある旧市街へも、散歩を楽しみながら10分くらい歩けばすぐに行けます。 ホテルの朝食は美味しく種類も充実しています。 また観光から帰ってお腹がすき何か食べたい時には、親切なホテルのカフェが待っています。スペイン語でオーダーできない私たちでしたが、カフェのスタッフたちはとてもフレンドリーで、お酒も食べ物もおいしく、特に彼らが見繕ってくれたタパスは素晴らしかった。家庭的でホッとする優しい味でした。どうもありがとう！ 実は私がこのホテルを使うのは3回目でしたが、毎回スタッフの温かいもてなしにほっとして「また来たい」と感じます。 モダンなホテルが好きな方には向かないのかもしれませんが、私はアビラのこの親切なホテルが大好きです。そのため、大好きなアビラを観光する時はもちろんセゴビアや近くの観光地に行く時にも、レイナイザベルを利用しています。"

"Hotel is well managed and organized. On one sheet of paper we got the WiFi name password, gym floor, restaurant info, pool floor etc…Everything you might want to know when you check in. Service is top shelf. The restaurant was Michelin rated. "
