"Completamente abandonada! Chegamos às 17:30h e o quarto não estava liberado, apesar da pousada estar vazia. Qdo retornamos do evento, não tinha água para tomar banho. Depois de muita insistência, o vigia nos liberou um outro quarto, que também estava em péssimas condições! Equipamentos velhos e quebrados, ligados por uma gambiarra, muito mofo e umidade, colchões desconfortáveis, etc… A piscina estava imunda! Sem condições de uso. Café da manhã precário. "A Ilha Grande sofre com quedas constantes de energia. Todos os hotéis em que fiquei havia gerador para suprir banho quente, conectividade e o básico para os hóspedes, mas a pousada Cruzoé não tem gerador. Tive que tomar banho frio em 2 das 3 noites que fiquei na pousada. O café da manhã é bem simples. Simples demais para uma diária de 500 reais! Poucas opções de frios e bolos, ovos mexidos frios e salsicha barata. O pão francês parecia caseiro e estava bom. Já o suco era um horror. Não parecia...

"Lugar espetacular... ótima infraestrutura estrutura da dos quartos e da casa... parece que estamos em nossa casa... a praia é ótima para crianças... mar calmo e sem ondas... o bar da praia (que é da própria pousada) oferece ótimas refeições e petiscos... não é necessário se deslocar para almoçar... Para o jantar, há possibilidade de pedir Delivery (a própria pousada indica vários)... Vale a pena acordar cedo e curtir o nascer do sol na praia... A pousada fica a cerca de +30 min (carro) do Centro...

"The hotel is submerged in the green, everything was nice but the only big problem we found was the noise. We had I guess extra loud neighbors, they woke us up at night, every night, but this happened also because the walls between us they were paper thin, we could hear everything."

"I read reviews about this property that helped me to choose it, big mistake. Whoever highly rated this place probably doesn't know better, very basic. You feel like you're in someone's house as opposed in a pousada. There's definitely better options for the cost of it. The overnight guy was very nice but one ladie in the day time was rough, from my room I could hear they talking on their phone, loud. Never again 😒. "

"The hotel has a good location and a nice breakfast! Please note the breakfast is only served between 8:00 - 10:00, so if you leave earlier because of an early boat there is no breakfast!☹️ We had booked 3 rooms, and had no. 2, 3 and 4. Room no 2 had only a neon light in the room and was very crowded because of an extra bed, which couldn’t be taken of the room!☹️ There was furthermore a bad smell from the bathroom! Room 3 and 4 was ok with much better light!"

"A family oriented resort, ideal if you are travelling with kids. Quality was excellent and the staff helpful with everything. The suites were very spacious and details like the safari and safari-like decoration all over the resort made the stay a beautiful adventure. "

Great little place

"Good location five minutes walk from the beach and dock. Check in was easy and the guy on reception very friendly. Room was a good size and clean with air conditioning. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Nice breakfast area and plenty of food to choose from. "

Fabulous stay on Ilha Grande!

"We had a wonderful stay at Pousada Ancoradouro! The front desk staff were excellent, so friendly and helpful. The sea room was fabulous, and we had a drink on it looking out at the sea. The garden too is a great spot to read a book or have a drink. They also provide beach chairs that you can take out with you. Cleaners clean the room every day. The breakfast had a wide choice of variety and fresh eggs made how you like. Coffee was avaiable at different points throughout the day to which was an unexpected bonus. Overall we loved our stay and didn't want to leave!"
