"The staff were really amazing. They helped me find my passport that I lost, and did my laundry. They also helped me get a taxi and make meals. This is an excellent place to stay."

Unfortunately, they were not as friendly or welcoming as I had hoped, which affected the overall experience. While the hotel’s amenities were great, the customer service at check-in could definitely use some improvement."

"We liked the clean and spacious room. Everything was in good condition even though it is not brand new. The rooms get cleaned everyday and towels get replaced everyday. We had bathtub but the shower head linked to it wasn’t working. The one that was working was right by the toilet so we had deal with wet floor and shower space overselves."

Restaurant was nice with limited options, but knew that when we booked it. Was a bit disappointed that the jets in the jacuzzi didn’t work since it was one of the reasons we chose that room. "
