Excellent

Booked this hotel last minute for two nights. Close to Ferry port which is great if you have bags. Check-in was so easy. Staff friendly. We had breakfast included in our room which was worth getting up for. We also dined in the restaurant which is Indian cuisine. Food was amazing. Room was clean, staff friendly. Only issue I have is I didn’t stay long enough.

This is a very solid choice for a hotel while staying in Gili T. I loved the staff and everyone was helpful. Location is quite good, very safe, and the overall experience was positive. Would highly recommend.

初めてのギリトラワンガンで、泊まったホテルです。 私はあまりお金が無かったですが、ホテルの写真や友人のオススメで、どうしても泊まりたいと思い予約しました。 外観もとてもオシャレで、ダイビングの練習をするプールもあります。 入り口はレストランのようになっており、一般のお客さんも飲食やシーシャ等も楽しめます。昼も良い雰囲気ですが、夜はまた昼とは違ったオシャレな雰囲気を持った店です。カクテルも自分の好みに作っていただくことが可能です。 ホテルの受付はレストランの奥にあり、そこではスタッフがとても暖かく出迎えてくれます。 部屋の中まで案内してくれて、丁寧に説明をしていただけました。 部屋の中もとても綺麗でオシャレです。私が予約した部屋では外にソファ型のブランコがあり、夜には私の部屋のブランコで猫が寝ていました。とても可愛く、人懐っこい猫です。部屋を開けておくと、私の部屋の中に３匹猫が入ってしまいましたが、とても可愛い姿が見れました。 部屋の前にはプールもあり、とてもリフレッシュ出来ます。 ホテルの横には自転車をおいておけるスペースがあります。 トラワンガンでは自転車をよく使うと思うので、とてもこのスペースは便利です。 しかし、そのスペースの横でレンタサイクルを貸してくれる人がいますが、少し高く感じました。 また私は誕生日で、私の友人がホテルのスタッフにかけあってくれて、沢山のスタッフが笑顔でお祝いをしてくれました。 とても良いスタッフ達です。 またギリに行く機会があれば、是非とも利用したいと思うホテルです。

J'aurais souhaité des chaises longues sur la petite plage face à l'hotel avec un petit bout de plage nettoyé.. pour le reste, merveilleux endroit. Bien situé . Se marche facilement du débarcadère des bâteaux.

Nice hotel colse to lots of resturants and bars, as a family with 2 childern stayibg righ next door to a night club wasnt to great when trying to sleep. Although the hotel is right opposite the beach tge are a lot of boats and u need to walknuo a fair way to get to the better sunbathing are. The hotel room was good with friendly staff didnt eat there at night but the breakfast was good

Fantastiske Gili

Hotellet lå veldig sentralt til på "hovedgaten" der hvor alt skjer. I resepsjonsområdet ved bassenget var det hyggelig liv hele dagen, både med spisende gjester og turister som var på dykkerkurs bassenget. Om kvelden var mange av utestedene for ungdom 20-25 år som var ute å festet og skapte god stemning. Ulempen var at nærmeste nabo av hotellet kjørte full trøkk på musikkanlegget - så for oss som bodde i 2, etasje mot sør - var det en del støy hvis man skulle legge seg tidlig.

Amazing hotel, great location and warm staff

Located in front of the beach in the heart of everything (perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. Indian and Western menu plus a sheesha bar. The staff are very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay especially Irandra who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to awesome spa treatments. They have a couple of pools as well. Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis hotel to singles, couples and families :). Staying here will make your holiday.

The location was brilliant, four minute walk from the boat. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast included, which was nice but limited choice. We ate in the restaurant twice, the Indian cuisine was amazing, definitely recommend. Whist on the island we had a couple of massages, but found the spa in the hotel was one of the best we had. When we booked Pesona, we didn't realise it was also a dive centre, so the only small downside for us, was that the pool in the resort was used for practice diving each day. Overall a fab hotel. Thank you :)

Great location, food and atmosphere!

Only draw back was terrible Wi-Fi. Loved the pool area and restaurant/bar. Spa was fantastic. Pretty loud dj on Friday/Saturday nights.

Would definitely stay here again!

Staff were fantastic - always helpful and gave good advice. Room was large and clean with great aircon. Pool area and bar area are nice and food is good. Spa treatments were also great.
