"The staff here was amazing, I arrived extremely late around 3am. The keys were ready they got me checked-in in less than 4 mins I was in my room in 5 mins total. I was in upstate NY for a wedding the next day, they accommodated a late check out as well. They made my 6hr round trip drive extremely easy with the level of service and accommodation. "The staff is great - friendly and helpful. The ice machines were empty or not working on any floor and the whole property could use a refresh. But the access to chargers and friendly staff make up for it!"

"Clean comfortable"

"Problems started as soon as I arrived. I booked 2 fully paid rooms for my party, though the front desk “only saw” one room reserved. When I corrected her, she realized she overlooked the second room. Fine. The hold on the room for incidentals was $100; in this part of NY it’s usually $25, so that was a little unsettling. "The staff was very helpful . Our GPS stopped working and a staff member went on her computer to print out mapquest directions for us . On the negative side, the TV screen was blown so TV did NOT work . I reported this to staff at check in . We were not planning on watching TV so that was not a big deal . There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door , so the cleaning staff missed that one . Other than that , we were satisfied with our stay ."
