チェックイン後出かける際に鍵をフロントに預けるタイプでしたが戻ってきて受け取ろうとしたらスタッフ不在で鍵はフロントデスクに放置されているようでした。普通にしてる分には表から見えませんが覗き込めば盗っていくことも可能かと。。渡される時も部屋番を言うのみで名前や身分証の確認もなくセキュリティが不安でした。それ以外はとくに不満もなく快適でした。

自分の結婚式依頼、初めて仕事で使わせていただきました。お風呂の壁に短い毛が何本もくっついていてちょっと気持ちが悪かったです。それ以外は快適でした。ボン　ルパの朝食がとても美味しかったです。マスク越しにも分かる笑顔と温かい接客も最高でした。またよろしくお願いいたします。
