Le bus en face du logement est pratique, et malgré la route très passante, la chambre était très bien insonorisée. "The main restaurant in the hotel, food was excellent ( when it eventually came) the service was poor for the standard of the hotel and the cost of the food. Ordered drinks didn’t arrive starter course took 40 minutes not offered an apology or even a courtesy drink ( poor). Ordered a soufflé for desert and came frozen !! . Generally though the spa was excellent as was the room, however it would have been nice to have a complementary bottle of water in the fridge. "

"Room is rather stark. But for the price it is a good deal. Great location and clean. Plus the provided breakfast was more than expected, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. As most places is France, you had to use public parking, but the parking was close by and the hotel provides a good discount on the parking."

"The hotel is great value for money, it is clean, while small the rooms have everything you need, the breakfast is really good and well priced and there is a parking, a rarity in and around Annecy! If you are travelling by car then this is for you. If you are not motorised then you might find the location to be a bit far from the centre (3km) but should be easy enough to access by bus. Overall, very happy with this one!"
