I really enjoyed my stay here, the room had everything I needed and located a short walk away from where I wanted to see, the room was clean and tidy, the gentleman on reception was amazing informing me on popular places to visit which I really appreciated, WiFi was great, and rooms where very quiet I didn’t have anyone disturbing me at all. Only down side I’d say is on hotels it says check out is 11 and at the property it says 10, and having to bag up all your sheets and towels no mention of that on hotels

When it is 30 degres outside, it'll be 35 degres inside... no AC and poor quality fan. Mold in the bathroom and bathtub in horrible condition. If youre looking for cheap accommodation at a low cost, go for it. The property has a great potential but poorly managed.. and no one can help you friday after 12 and during the weekend. No opportunity to get an extra fan or your bathroom cleaned. 1 star all the way.

Super séjour et bon emplacement

Le séjour était confortable et bon, et l'appartement était spacieux, propre et complet des ustensiles de cuisine. La seule note négative dans cet appartement est qu'il n'y a pas de climatiseur froid, seuls les ventilateurs sont fournis. À des températures élevées, vous aurez besoin d'un air Conditionneur.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt/Altstadt aber in Geh-Distanz dorthin. Das Gebäude ist nicht mehr das Neueste und scheint von außen etwas sanierungsbedürftig, allerdings war die Wohnung für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern ausreichend. Die direkte Nachbarschaft haben wir als nicht so schön empfunden, da wir uns aber ohnehin nur zum Übernachten und Frühstück dort aufgehalten haben, war es für uns okay. Das Personal war freundlich. Alles in Allem würden wir sagen, dass es für den Preis eine akzeptable Unterkunft ist und wir würden hier guten Gewissens nochmal buchen.

Era correcto, ni más ni menos. Nada bonito. Se tiene que quitar sábanas, toallas etc al salir. Da la impresión de ser una casa de colonias/albergue juvenil. (También sirve como casa de estudiantes.)

Bon aparthotel

L accueil est sympathique. L hôtesse n hésite pas à prendre du temps pour nous donner des renseignements. Nous avons trouvé un joli studio tres propre, suffisamment aménagé pour 2 personnes et un court sejour. Le bus , proche de l aparthotel, est pratique pour se rendre aU centre villed Annecy.

Good location and value

Stayed for a weekend in January. Check in was quick and simple, and the apartment was in good, clean condition with all the amenities needed. Neighbourhood was quiet, but only 10-15 min walk from the old town, lake and train/bus station. There were also several supermarkets within walking distance. The only minor issue I had was with the smoke detector in the apartment making random noises, which was presumably due to a faulty battery or some other fault. But aside from this, had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
