"Lovely helpful staff. Upgraded with no request. Right across from cruise terminal Food hall attached. Nice as it was a rainy evening so no need to go out Breakfast was great served from 7 am till noon. Unbelievable!"

"Overall the room was quiet, clean and nicely presented, however it was a bit dark and awkwardly shaped with little room at the foot of the bed due to the odd shape of our particular room (1807). The James is ideally located in the centre of Rotterdam and is walkable from the railway station. Overall good value and would recommend to others."
