It was modern, clean, the bed was super-comfy, the kitchen had everything you might need, and it was lovely not to have to worry about keys (key codes were sent on the day of arrival). We didn't use the shared residents lounge. The location was between 2 subway stops - perfect for getting around Vienna. It was also less than a 30-minute walk to the centre. Spar and Billa supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Fully recommend!"

"Very bad communication between the hotel administration and the cleaningstaff. We arrived at the apt. around 3:00 pm and the apt. was not cleaned yet. We saw a man doing the cleaning in an other apt. He said that nobody told him we were coming that day. But the night before I talked to someone because I had not received the code to enter the apt. and I told her we were gone be there around 3:00 pm... Fortunately the nice man stop the job he was going and start cleaning our apt. Very nice ."
