"The Carriage House is good for lunch but not for dinner. 1887 bar had good food. Didn't go to the beach because it was too dangerous to swim and it was covered in seaweed. The hotel room itself is a nice refuge. Pool was great. Bring plenty of small bills in cash. Overall it was ok"

"The privacy & seclusion of this guest house & pool is amazing! Its a perfect little spot with all the amenities you need and more! Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! Would highly recomment checking this place out ..I know I will again."
