When we arrived at the gate we could not get in.so I phoned the owner who could not speak any English and was unable to communicate with me. I tried to get entry but she would not open the gate or let me in. I had to then go and find another place to stay that night at a lot of extra cost.

Abbiamo prenotato e al momento dell’arrivo l’albergo era chiuso. Ci hanno proposto un’altra soluzione ma non con le stesse caratteristiche di quella prenotata. Ma se la struttura è chiusa perché non segnalarlo e mettere in affitto quella disponibile così il cliente decide se può andare bene o no. Viene da pensare che l’altra struttura non sia all’altezza della precedente.
