"Check in and out process was very easy, the breakfast was great with variety and freshness, room was clean and in great condition. Only complaint is the pool was down while we stayed. "

"The outside's a tad dodgy looking, but the room itself was VERY well furnished and maintained. The reception was rather informal, but I assume that it was just one of those days. Soundproofing was pretty good, and I had a fantastic sleep. You only need your ID to check in, and they allow adult patrons under 21, despite what the Expedia reservation says. Great room for the price, would definitely stay in again!"

"Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. "

"Continental breakfast. Air in room was heavy, no smell but heavy air. My dealbreaker was NO smart TV. Regular cable TV without channel guide. Had no idea what I was watching. Decent place, a little dated. Probably wont return. "

"Room was dirty. Hair all over in the shower. Stunk really bad. outside was a dump and no lightening at night. Not even the sign was lit up. Service was terrible guy could hardly talk he was so stoned. stayed one night and went somewhere else. But was still charged for 2 days. Was not going to try and reason with a manager that was incoherent. absolutely terrible!"

"A beautiful historic house that was comfortable and convenient. We will recommend to our friends and look forward to returning. Breakfasts were good and it was nice to have them brought to our room. Staff were friendly and we were well cared for. Parking was easy and secure. The house is 2 min from downtown Dundee."

"Rugs in the hallways had not been vacuumed, the floors were tacky when walking on them, the bathroom had not been vacuumed as there was hair on the floor , the hand towels were red stained, washcloths with holes in them and the shower was slimy. Never mind the tiniest bar of soap ever and it had no suds when wet. Will not frequent this hotel again when traveling. Positive note, the front desk ladies were very courteous and pleasant. The initial presentation was confusing. The entrance was on...

"I saw a ball of hair stuck to the towel, the mini fridge made noise so I had to unplug it to sleep at night, I can hear people talking and yelling outside, but the most disgusting thing is that the sink floods due to old outdated pipes so you will be having the dirty water from the room next to you this use to be a Days Inn, but sold and rebranded and it seems like they cut down on cost to stay profitable, but never spend on fixing anything "
