"Everyone was very nice. The rooms were modern and the building wonderfully historic. The common rooms were honey and comfortable. The bkfst patio has spectacular views and the service impeccable. Conviently located in the small town square across from the bus stop a several restaurants.Highly recommend a stay here and I will return!!!"

"O hotel é um sonho! Vistas lindas, arquitetura charmosa, quartos excelentes e café da manhã maravilhoso. A regiã do hotel é linda e você consegue caminhar nas vinícolas ao redor. O restaurante é ótimo, tanto o jantar quanto o café da manhã (bem variado e com opção de sentar fora). Todos foram super gentis e atenciosos. O hotel fica afastado das rodovias principais, te fazendo sentir imerso na paisagem da Toscana."

"The property is beautifully old but be careful how much luggage you bring as there is no elevator, Only stairs. Room is nice. Bathrooms nicely updated. No complaints!"

"It was wonderful to stay in a castle in Tuscany no less Every person we met was attentive and kind We were staying near friends and didn’t hang around the grounds much or use the pool but everything seemed well kept It’s really a place to retreat to eat at and sleep at which served our purpose well "

"We loved staying here. Barbara was kind, accommodating and made us feel really welcome. She was super with our little daughter. This place has also a hidden gem of a waterfall at a walking distance from the property. Loro Ciuffenna and its surroundings (including Arezzo) is a wilder and beautiful part of Tuscany who I would recommend visiting to anyone. *****"
