We booked through Expedia because we don’t do Airbnb‘s and funky listings. Nowhere on the front of the listing did it say check-in cut off time was at 5:30 PM. We were on the train for six hours and got there at 6:05. We were unable to get a hold of the hotel and Expedia was able to get a hold of them while we sat outside for an hour waiting. They would not help us or accommodate us, we went back the next day and the guy at the front door claimed he doesn’t work for them, and he wouldn’t help us either. We were still charged for the hotel even though we didn’t stay there. We have tried multiple times to get a hold of the hotel by phone and it ends up hanging up on us. Customer service is not good and I would not recommend staying with this hotel.
