"we had a room with partial nile view on the 14th floor which fully matched the description upon booking. The service in the hotel was excellent, the cleanliness of the room, too. The room comprises a Nespresso coffee machine and a small fridge. The balcony is closed for security reasons, but was openened by the staff immediately upon request. A great variety of food is offered for breakfast, with tables also outside. The Outdoor Pool has a great view. The hotel is close to a metro station...

"I arrived late and the pin took me to the wrong location but the staff kindly met me and took me to the correct location on foot. The first night it was quite noisy and when I mentioned that, the team offered right away to move me to a larger and much quieter accommodation. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional. The location in zamalek is walkable to so many nearby business. I’d stay here again for sure. "
