Brahim est un professionnel remarquable : toujours souriant, attentionné, disponible et d’une gentillesse sans égale. Il a su rendre notre séjour vraiment spécial, anticipant nos besoins avec discrétion et efficacité. Son accueil chaleureux, ses précieux conseils et sa disponibilité à toute heure ont fait toute la différence. On sent immédiatement qu’il aime son métier et qu’il met tout son cœur pour que chaque client se sente comme chez soi. Un immense merci à Brahim pour tout ce qu’il fait. "Clean hotel close to the airport next to Park and Fly parking garage which has an airport shuttle so its handy. Breakfast is extra at hotel but with great options. Grocery store is just few minutes walk from hotel and the have a lot of variety of snacks and salads. 2 German restaurants a few kms away which were really good too. Hotel staff not helpful for much but we made it work"

"I was checking in near midnight and was definitely tired. Lugging 2 suitcases i went to my designated room after queuing up to check in. Only to find that the key doesn't work and i even heard someone coughing inside the room. I had to go back to the reception with my 2 luggages and the staff realised he wrote the wrong room number. He apologised but it was just the wrong time for this mistake...... Other than that, location is great coz i was there just for 2 nights and out was easy to access the trains to spend a Sunday in Mainz and Frankfurt city"
