"Super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Sehr Freundliches Personal. An manchen Punkten merkt man das Alter des Gebäudes und an anderen Stellen fehlt etwas das Finetuning"

"We were very pleased with our overnight stay here. It was just one night so we chose a family room for the four of us, including our two young adult children. The room was exactly as pictured except even more comfortable than expected! The balcony wrapped around two sides with stunning views. We enjoyed the convenience of the little beer garden restaurant right next-door. It was very convenient to get to Bertchesgaten for our morning tour."

"We reached hotel and we have been told that the lift is working and after carrying our trolley bags to a different building through a tunnel , we got to know that the lift has not been repaired. We had to carry our suitcase to the top 2nd floor via stairs and no support was provided to provide accommodation in the building near to reception. At the time of check out , we asked at the reception that we need help to bring our luggage down due to the lift not working but no one came to our room for...

"Fantastic hotel and location. We went in the summer so not skiing but this place (Garmish) and the hotel Riessersee was out trip's highlight. Amazing service from everyone there. Restaurant, bar, reception, everyone was helpful and friendly. "

"I loved the location. However.... There were a total of 6 parking spaces for the entire hotel. Otherwise you had to be out of the public lparking ot between 9AM and 6 PM. It is on a busy, noisy street and since there is no air-conditioning you must sleep with the windows open. Too LOUD. The hotel is old and in need of renovation. It is also a maze of additions and confusing to get to rooms. Elevators are needed. The laundry is in another building."

"Overall the place was a beautiful place to stay. Unfortunately the one item that affected us was that my brother gave them laundry to do and he did not get it back on time. A week has passed and it has not been found. The staff lacked urgency in trying to get it back to him. It was supposed to be sent to a hotel we were staying at in Salzburg but it did not arrive. Still waiting."
