"I would encourage you to make sure you are in the right room and near the right amenities. Our room was on the bottom level at the back near the lake. The room was aged. Pulls and holes in the bedding. ? Black mild in bathroom grout. Difficulty getting tv to work. Cigarette smoke and weed smoke infiltrating our room overnight. And when the people came in in the room above us… we definitely heard every footstep."

"Everything was awsome. The cabin looked so good and was so cozy. We enjoyed the fireplace it was a coldish night. There were no bugs anywere even though we found a considerable amount of spider webs on the walls which we were first concerned about. But didn't see any spiders during our stay. "Rooms condition very poor. Dirty, bed uncomfortable, one very thin pillow per person. Bedding stained and find hair between the sheets. The one and only chair was dirty and stained. Probably the worst place I've ever stayed at. Old and dated can and should be clean and comfortable. Didn't stay for breakfast next door at Trappers Restaurant "

"A gorgeous property with beautiful views of Lake Joseph. Both restaurants were amazing with the friendliest and most helpful staff. Our room was clean with a recently renovated bathroom. Next time I would be sure to request a room that is more accessible, we were on the top floor of the furthest building and getting up & down three flights of stairs with luggage etc was difficult. Being early spring we were unable to use any of the amenities so the resort fee was somewhat unnecessary."

"Simple no-frills. Welcoming staff. Problem/. The room’s heat/AC unit was very very loud and, to make it worse cycled on & off every few minutes. Walking by the exterior wall of a few other rooms, i noticed that their heat/AC units were also very noisy… not broken noisy… just cheap"
