"The room was spacious, extremely clean, and the breakfast was great! It was in such a good location being only 10 minutes from downtown Covington. The best part was the staff at the front desk. Honestly, they were the friendliest and most welcoming people I have ever experienced at a hotel. We plan on coming back to Covington and because of them and the amazing service I will be staying here again no questions."

"The hotel was good, but was not nearly acceptable is me booking a 2 queen bedded room and upon check in being told that wasn’t available and only getting a 1 king bed room."

"The staff was really nice and very helpful. The facilty was also really nice and very well kept. It was too cold for the pool but, it looked very clean. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We did think the shower needed a good scrubbing- the shower floor was very dirty. Also, make sure you check for supplies immediately. We only had 1 roll offs toilet paper for our entire stay, one lamp didn't have a light bulb and the other was blown out but, as soon as we asked they have us the...
