"The room and bathroom were par for cleanliness. Breakfast buffet was unimpressive. But when we had an issue with a backed up sink drain in the morning, front desk staff and upkeep staff were there immediately and solved the issue, cleaned and sanitized quickly. They offered to move us if we wanted but we were trying to shower to leave so we denied the need. They were very attentive and helpful"

"My Top burner kept going out but I tried to fixed it myself most of the time
Housekeeping knocked once and tried coming in the room but it was locked and I came out to see what they needed( mind you i had been staying here more than 3 wks they bearly came to knock) I didn't even hear her come cause she didnt have her cart to clean
She was alone with just a paper in her hands. I asked what she needed she stuttered a bit said she was housekeeping and I was on a list, I said well I have some dirty towels you can take and she said well you can take them to the front desk.
Keep your door locked and be wary."
"This has been my best hotel experience in MS so far. I thought the hotel was new when I walked in because the lobby not only smelled clean, it was! Sometimes places just douse bleach around to give the impression of being clean. Not this place. When I asked the helpful and friendly front desk attendant how long the hotel had been open, he said, “It’s about 20 years old, we just take pride in maintaining it.” The room was a bit “dated” in color scheme; however, it was quiet and truly clean. There was not even a hint of mold in the tub and shower. That’s impressive for a humid state!
The breakfast was delicious and bountiful. There were at least two attendants keeping the tables and buffet clean and well stocked. There were eggs, biscuits, gravy, yogurt, cereal, fruit, tea, coffee, juice, and even chocolate milk. I’m not remembering all of the items, but I think even picky eaters could have found plenty for breakfast on this buffet.
This hotel is just a short drive outside of Jackson, but worth any additional travel time. I highly recommend this property!"
"We stayed one night. This was a good stay for the night. Beds were pretty good. Breakfast could have been better but it wasn’t horrible. Staff were very nice."
