" I was looking for an inexpensive alternative to camping or a cheap motel - the ‘yurts’ at Whitetail Creek were perfect. Comfortable double bed and plenty space inside, BBQ to cook my own dinner, and a large shared fire pit for evenings. Everything I needed, and run by friendly and competent people! Be aware that if it gets cold you’ll want all the blankets (ask for more if you need), and there is no electricity in the tent, but several electric lanterns for light. We don't usually "bed n breakfast" but I was overwhelmed with the generosity of the owners and the loveliness of their home. They have certainly put their own hearts into this wonderful BnB. "We never saw or met anyone who worked there, but it wasn't necessary because of the excellent communication we received before checking in. We were provided with a phone number to text if we had any needs or questions and our text was returned promptly. We found the room spotlessly clean and in good condition. We especially enjoyed the front porch with the comfortable chairs where we could sit and watch the world go by with a backdrop of beautiful ponderosa pine trees. We recommend this...

"Chose this hotel because you can walk to everything Deadwood. Attached casino and MGM area have brand name quick foods and coffee. Room was clean and very nice. Staff was excellent. Parking always full even for rewards members. Annoying parking 3 blocks away when hotel says across the St. "

"Everything went great the pool was fine a little out dated hot tub wasn't exactly hot but kids friendly. I liked the walk out room we had to the parking lot and the beds were awesome and pretty quiet room. The restaurant was overly packed but the hostess was awesome and gave the girls coloring packets to make up for the 25 min wait which was only about 20. "Great place to stay right on the main strip in Deadwood! Beautiful pool and has a casino in it. Excellent breakfast in the morning with fresh ground coffee. Only caviat is the parking area is about two blocks away, but you can pull up to the front of the hotel to unload your things."
