It’s Abit confusing to get into the unit, not a clear direction and took us awhile to find the place. Also, one of the bathroom sink are clot and the dryer on the washing machine are not working. They should at least put a note and telling customer, it’s only for washing and the dryer are not working. We end up have to go home with all the wet cloths. Very disappointed.

The photos make this property look amazing and it is, but lots of things make this inconvenient. It seems Windmill upon hills is the residences of the Swiss Garden hotel, with no assistance from the hotel it self. Checkin was across the road at Geo38 and when they say checkin is at 3pm, they mean it. Not 1 minute early! Limited amenities in room - no tea/coffee, no spare towels or toilet paper. No access to pool towels. Accessing the building was very difficult, we had to go through a carpark and navigate the lifts with hard to use access keys. There was no help, we are travellers from another country and wanted help to get taxis - it made our stay exhausting. The Royal Suite was lovely but if I was to stay again in Genting, I would stay at Resort World.

Check-in is a nightmare: collect the keys from one place and go to another building! Only one key is available, which is problematic considering the fact that you need the keycard to activate the lift! Everything in the suit is basic (the shower drain was clogged!)

Property was well below standard. Upon arrival we were told to travel to another hotel for check-in. We also paid an extra 100RM for early check in as we have two small children. Parking was inconvenient. The Duplex had no aircon except for one room. The curtains were all ripped. The bathrooms were really inadequate. Mostly they were very smelly. This apartment was an Airbnb which we didn’t realise. We though it was part of the Swiss Garden Hotel. Very misleading. Well below the luxury we were expecting. Staff were unhappy and miserable. Remote control for TV didn’t work. After pulling out the second bed in the bedroom downstairs you could shut the door. Overall very disappointing. We immediately checked out again and left. I would never stay here again. Incredibly inconvenient place.

NICE PLACE TO STAY ! Amazing view from pool !
Holiday with my friends for 2 days. We are happy and like the apartment.( just wish get the higher floor For Nice view . Love the pool area … amazing view! Thank you ! Will come back for sure !

Manage expections - it’s going to be bad
The room we have does not have privacy. It’s like an apartment split into 2 rooms. The one I have is without tv, fridge. We can hear what next door is doing. They can also see us thru their balcony. There’s little to do. Except to head out and have meals. The parking needs to pay. The check-in is horrible. I have to process myself at another location. I was confused with the check-in as there’s mutiple check-in counters at different locations managed by different management. I do not recommend staying there.

It is not a very accessible location to local food etc. Waiting for grab can be up to 1hr if you want to go up to Genting. My suggestion pay abit more and book hotel in Genting itself because the amount of Grab you take around, might as well pay to stay at Genting itself.. Won't visit again.

The check in/out is literally at a ten minutes walk from the residence. Imagine walking with your children and luggage/crossing roads with them. I had to make two rounds which made matters worse for me. Anyhow the staff was very kind and the accommodation itself was clean and decent.

I would suggest to not the put a hanging lamp inside the bedroom. This is because, the lamp keep hitting the wall when we open the fan. And it would be nice if they can put the aircond inside the bedroom. And also, please provide the iron board since the unit have iron. We pay for quite a high price for the unit, but there's no complimentary for drinks. At least 3in1 sachet.

Clean, new, comfortable unit with complete cooking facilities. Balcony with nice view too. The main problem with this premises is the lift, long waiting especially during peak hour. As we booked 2 units, already emailed in before hand to arrange the 2 units near to each other at same floor. Upon check in, they don't have available units, we are staying at different floors. The lift make the situation worse. The staff apologetic.

Bed is comfortable and property is clean Visitors need to be careful of door knobs. We were stuck in the room for a while because of the door knob problem but we manage to open it by turning the knob upwards.
