"This was a very nice little stay for my family of 5. We got in REALLY late and had issues opening the door. I called and got an answer right away. I should mention that I didn't call or email about the wifi so I can't speak to their responsivness on that. I assume it would have been fixed if I'd reached out. It just wasn't that important to me. "Perfect for visitors to the old town. The only issue we encountered was with the kitchen appliances like the toaster and water boiler due to an electrical load problem. We reported it and hope they address the matter. Aside from that, everything was great, and we’d definitely rent the place again. The air conditioning was perfect!😊"

"Parking was tough but property is not far up a side street connected to the port main road, so we could park at the aquarium public parking and it was very short walk. Very glad we stayed at this hotel vs others in Genoa downtown once we had walked the city some. This property is in one of the better / cleaner / safer feeling zones. The police station is literally next door so you get to see them pass by on patrol regularly. The pizza place directly across the street had excellent pizza as well."
