Nice hotel in the centre, easy to find shops, restaurants etc. around. Lovely bells in the arcade BUT it is not so easy to find the hotel. I liked the "upside-down" concept of having the reception at the top level

This is by far my favorite hotel to stay in Geneva! The location is very central to shopping, restaurants, sight seeing, and activities on both sides of the lake.
