"The location was beautiful, right on Lake Como. With a coffee shop and restaurant on site. Room was incredibly clean with a microwave and a refrigerator which we appreciate it. Fireplace and Roku tv. My only suggestion for improvement was it was hard to get a hold of the front… Maybe set up a text service so if you have no one at the front desk, your guests can still message you. We tried to get extra towels several times, but couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the front desk. Regardless of the challenge getting a hold of someone at the front desk, the stay was wonderful. We would definitely return."

"The hotel was amazing The smell,the woodwork the amenities were all condusive to a grest experience. The free items and in room coffee were very enjoyable. My only personal issue was with the pillows. I couldn't get comfortable and had a neck pain and i didn't sleep well the one night we stayed. They weren't soft enough. With that in mind, I would go there again."

"The Staff went above and beyond. Had dinner Saturday night at the Hunt Club. Which was excellent. I woke up Sunday morning and realized that I left my credit card at the restaurant. The Hunt Club does not open until 4:00pm. The hotel staff found someone who had access to the Hunt Club and went and got my card. After I had breakfast at the golf course restaurant on was on my way home at 10:00am."
