Our stay at the hotel was remarkable from start to finish, especially with the seamless self-service check-in/out process. What truly set our experience apart was the extraordinary service from Nabil, the barman. He went above and beyond by securing us a reservation at a highly sought-after local Swiss restaurant, demonstrating exceptional dedication to guest satisfaction. Nabil’s efforts greatly enhanced our stay, making him a standout staff member worthy of recognition. The room, controlled entirely via iPad, offered a modern and convenient touch, although the bed design required a bit of maneuvering. Despite this minor point, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend this hotel for its blend of tech-forward amenities and stellar service, with a special mention to Nabil for his commendable hospitality. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Super helpful staff and great location. Room layout a bit quirky, with the bathroom in the room only separated by frosted screen and the bed against window so partner has to climb over you to get out.

Such a great hotel for a solo traveller. The whole hotel has such a great vibe and is cosy. My room was spacious, clean, and updated. You would run your entire room via the hotel iPad. Checking in and out was simple, easy, and fast, and you got to choose your room of choice. All the staff are very helpful and nice. The hotel is located in an old town, the perfect location to get everywhere on foot, trams, buses, or taxis. 20 minutes from the airport by bus 10, and it's right outside the hotel. Thank you, CitizenM Geneva. I had a very comfortable stay.

Modern Cool Vibe but TV dodgy
A friendly modern hotel with a cool vibe and super location. I was frustrated with the keypad and remote repeatedly not connecting to the TV screen. Even after some help, the problem persisted.

very interesting, new hotel concept, all high tech, room very small, but if used for sleeping only, suffice, Location is the BEST!, staff VERY friendly and assisting. All together good choice for short stays in Geneva.

This was a hotel that is typical of the type we stay at. The rooms were a bit smaller but heavy on the technical advancements. Seems to be more of a “hip” motel but we enjoyed our stay.

Christmas weekend break
Terrific stay at a very modern, eco friendly hotel. Recycling and waste reduction is a priority at this hotel. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Rooms are compact with every space maximised for storage….They are also sound proof. The Smart iPad controls temperature, blinds, TV, mood lighting etc. powerful shower with jet adjustable settings. Will definitely return to this hotel chain.

The ambassadors are not proactive to help you, you have to chase after them for any help. Checkout is at 11 am and I called a night ahead to see if I can have an extra hour and checkout at 12 instead and the ambassador checked and told me that’s fine. Got surprised that I was charged a late checkout fee although I wasn’t notified about that during my request! Room is tight and the hangers space can barely fit anything, very limited cupboard space. The sink is in the middle of the living room which was a weird choice and impractical. Pros: excellent location, good lobby vibes, lovely furniture, and good IT system.
