"I had reserved 1 month ahead of my trip and when I arrived they said all king beds were already taken! How frustrating after driving 5 hours, and on top of that once he gave us another room, he over charged us by double the amount!! Thankfully in the morning another staff was there to take care of us and fixed the issue for us! The remaining of our stay was excellent 😁"

"Overall the hotel was a great find. However, there was dog hair from a previous dog that stayed in the room which was a tad off putting. The bathroom had a musty smell to it. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was under renovations which we did not know until we were checking in - not a huge deal but would have been nice to know beforehand. The breakfast was decent. The location was wonderful- walking distance to downtown, local parks and the lake."

"Room was interesting. Loved the spiral staircase down to the bathroom and the jacuzzi tub (stayed in the Music Room). Property is beautiful. You get a complimentary wine tasting and continental breakfast at Belhurst Castle. Check-in is at Belhurst which we didn't realize. Luckily it is only a few miles away so not a big deal to get there and back. No hotel staff at White Springs Manor. Negatives: Bathroom had no door.... was located in the lower level of the room (bed was upstairs) but still...

"Clean and spacious room, parking was easy, breakfast had a good selection. Loved that the room had laminate flooring, felt clean."

"The desk attendant Lisa was fantastic. After getting to our room, we wanted a luggage stand. She had just sent us a text to ask if we needed anything, so I texted her our request and she brought it up. The first day breakfast hot food selections were barely warm and was almost empty, I didn't bring it to the attention of staff. I just got something else. Later, I noticed that new trays of hot food came out. I think they should have removed the food items that were not hot enough and left...

"The hotel was convenient. You can tell it was an older hotel that was recently renovated. Overall a nice place and would stay again. Nothing super fancy and some of the room furniture could be replaced. The windows are in need of a good cleaning. The desk staff was wonderful both last night and this morning. Super friendly. The breakfast was good, basic but good. The parking lot has a few larger potholes and needs attention. Overall nice place and would stay again. Thank you!"

"No hot water the night we checked in. Staff was quick to point out they won’t be able to change rooms because it was a sold out night. They did fix the issue and hot water was available later."

"What kitchen?? amenities, small tube of shampoo and towels no hand soap the room could use a deep clean but there were no bugs"

"Please never stay at this spot if the rate is more than $100 per night. Our sheets had an old spot of blood. There was a used washcloth on the shower. The breakfast was beyond lame. Grossest spot I’ve stayed at in my adult life."
