"I didn't get what i paid for, no hot tub, no roll away crib for my baby, no microwave in my room and the receptionist was very unfriendly when i was checking in."

"We had a quick overnight stay before catching a flight from ROC. The property was a quick and easy 20 minute drive to the airport, very convenient! Check in was smooth, the room was clean and perfect for what we needed (bed was a little too firm- but we all slept well). My son (5) enjoyed the pool! We were so impressed by the breakfast selection, did not expect warm options such as the sausages and eggs- big hit! We will stay again!"
