"Breakfast was amazing "

"The property doesn't look *anything* like the pictures...we couldnt even find it at first. Property in state of disrepair & renovation; dust-covered workmen all over property, but nobody to answer any guest questions or help in any way at property. We were too early to check in because of the train schedule - that's fine, I totally understand if we can't check in for a few hours - but there's no place to store luggage. This left my girlfriend and I with no real options but to sit by the side of the road with our luggage for hours, or to get another hotel entirely. Several hours after checking in to our new hotel (1 Republic, which was GREAT and highly recommended), we finally got a response back from the management saying, in effect, too bad so sad, we're keeping your money. We were further informed in this communication that the hotel does not even have bathrooms in the rooms; its a "shared bathroom & shower" hotel. All the guests share the bathroom & shower. This was the worst lodging experience in my lifetime. Literally a complete waste of my money."

"Our first time in Prague so we selected the Charles Bridge Palace hotel for its rates and its location. Only minutes from the Charles Bridge...and maybe 10 minutes from historic Old Town Square. The hotel is clean and bright and interesting with staircases and long hallways. Our room was more than spacious! And so was the bathroom!! We had space to store our luggage and hang some clothes. And a nice table and chair to sit and get organized each day. Our bed was very comfortable. And we had a view of the river! The complimentary buffet breakfast is incredible...so many choices you can't possibly try everything and you definitely won't leave hungry."

"Great Stay with Comfort and Convenience I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, and the breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of options including fresh produce. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the shopping mall and very close to public transport, which made getting around easy. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and the price felt very reasonable for the quality offered. Overall, a great choice for both convenience and comfort."
