"We felt like royalty from the moment we arrived at the Alchemist Castle Hotel. Service was beyond expectation. Location was quiet and great central walking point to sites all around. "Beautiful and modernly updated apartment. Very clean. Plenty of lights and outlets. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The shower has both rain and handheld shower heads with good pressure. All Grohe. The kitchen is spacious and modern. We did not use the appliances to cook but they are all Miele. The coffee machine works perfectly. The washer is small compares to US size but easy to use. I wouldn’t use the washing and drying together function but do the washing and drying separately...

"We ordered takeaway because we had a sick traveller and the empty food containers were not removed for the duration of our stay despite putting it on top of the rubbish bins. We booked the grand suite for 5 nights and they didn’t even take our bags to our room when we arrived! "
