The service on arrival was warm, enthusiastic and thoughtful! Our room was as described (despite another booking fail with Expedia). Online the room was described as having ‘multiple beds’ but when we called to confirm this was the case the hotel didn’t have this information in our booking. This was the second time this happened on this trip. They were proactive about fixing this & we had a great room overlooking the park. Air conditioning struggled a little as the weather was incredibly hot. Bathroom had a broken toilet roll holder but otherwise the room was recently renovated and very clean. The thing that stood out about this property was the staff. So friendly! And always willing to help.

Wonderful friendly staff, and very helpful. Room staff had left clothing from a previous occupier, and some dirty cutlery which was a bit off-putting!
