"The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were remodeling so they are working on upgrades throughout. It was a bummer that the hot tub was closed and pool was ice cold. We stayed 2 non-consecutive nights. The first night, the bathroom switch was not working exactly right but it was alright. The next night we stayed, there was a large stain and tip in the curtain (which the staff made a note of to take care of after we left) and there was dirt all over the window sill from what looked like people coming in and out of the window to the room. Breakfast was a nice mixture of hot and cold choices. And they did pretty well to keep it stocked up throughout the breakfast time. Overall a nice stay! "

"When we booked our stay, it was not noted that the whirlpool, jacuzzi, and pool would be out of commission until the end of the year. We specifically chose your hotel over the property across the street due to the whirlpool amenity, so the lack of prior notification was a bit disappointing. This may have been due to booking through a third party platform and not directly via the Hampton Inns & Resorts App. That being said, we truly appreciated the staff’s proactive solution in offering us passes to use the pool at the neighboring hotel. We also found the continental breakfast & coffee selectiond to be excellent, and your team members were consistently caring, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Additionally, the spacious bathtub in our room provided a very relaxing experience after our extensive hiking trips."

"This is a very clean and nice hotel. It feels brand new and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite. My only complaint was the noise. It seems like when building this hotel, they really cheaped out on soundproofing. It’s right next to the interstate which was loud inside the room, Also, you could hear every footstep in the room above us, and they apparently had young kids who were running around all until almost midnight. And I mean you could really hear them. On the second night we stayed, I was watching television at a very normal volume level, and the manager must have received a complaint and had to come ask us to turn it down. I could barely hear the tv over the air conditioner, but it was bothering our neighbors. Not their fault, but the walls must have been as bad about noise transmission as the floors. Otherwise, perfectly nice hotel and very clean."

"Cute and cozy cabin. Everything was clean and communication was top notch. Finding it and checking in was easy. I am obsessed with this tiny little cabin. It just felt very comfortable and relaxing. Hoping to book more on my future trips in different parts of the US. "

"It was easy to check in and the employee was very nice. The location is a little intimidating at night time but overall the hotel was very nice. The room wasn't the cleanest and it could have been updated. The bathroom door wouldn't close/lock. Overall I was satisfied with the room and staff. The breakfast was cereal, bagels and waffles. I would stay here again if I needed too."

"Continental breakfast average. Front desk clerk Michelle was always friendly and helpful. There are 2 new 100 gallon water, still their shipping containers, sitting in the hallway. I was there for 3 weeks and there was no movement to install the heaters. Hotel location was great for me. Close to where I was working. Morris has a lot to offer."
