The room was great and the staff extremely friendly. One issue was that the spa was not available for 2 of our 3 days there. This was not advertised before we arrived or at check-in, and no compensation was offered. Given we’d booked this hotel primarily as the spa looked great, that was a disappointment. ...

HOTEL GRANO Gdańsk SPA & Wellness - GRANO HOTEL Gdańsk Old Town SPA & Wellness
Our room was amazing with a big bed and sofa bed. Lovely shower room also. The spar area was great too. The staff were also really helpful and the location was perfect. We did not eat or drink so cannot comment on the bar or restaurant although it did look cool.

Anna on Reception had my wife and I checked in and keys allocated with experienced efficiency. Staff were all pleasant and friendly and the hotel was spotless. Breakfast had excellent variety and food was great! Hotel was in great location for the Old City. Many thanks to all!
