Paid our stay on hotels.com, when we got to the hotel we called the host and she told us to go to a supermarket nearby and get the keys. When we got there we were told that we had to pay for 3 nights with cash only. No receipt Double charged amount of our stay

bad hotel evaluation due to lack of hygiene

The picture on the portal does look better than the reality in daylight. The room, which I had booked was awful due to a very HUGE lack of hygiene, especially related to the toilet ant its shower cabin. Black fungus and layer of dust to be seen. Moved out as I could not stand this. Pls., see yourself.

Rozczarowanie

Jedynym plusem tego miejsca jest jego lokalizacja, ale tę wybrałam sama. Cała reszta to jedno wielkie rozczarowanie. Fotografie na stronie oferty przedstawiają zupełnie inne pokoje niż ten, który dostałam. W udogodnieniach jest napisane: " prywatną łazienką, prysznic z deszczownią". W rzeczywistości pokój jest jak dla wycieczki szkolnej i bez łazienki. Na korytarzu jest dostępna łazienka, która nie zachęca swoim zapachem i zamienioną i zaniedbaną muszką klozetową. 300 zł za coś takiego to jakaś kpina. Nie polecam.

Væggene er lige så tynde som papir, så man kan høre alt hvad der foregår udenfor værelset. Yderligere går der en togbane lige uden for vinduet, som ikke gør støjen mindre. Vi havde bestilt eget badeværelse, og havde også fået en bekræftelse hvor i der stod “privat Badeværelse”. Det skulle dog deles med andre. Vi tog hjem et døgn før tid, da vi hverken kunne sove om natten grundet støj, eller kunne holde ud at dele badeværelse med andre der ikke gør rent eller rydder op efter sig selv.

Nice rooms enough for few nights, bathroom was ok. Just cleaning standard could be much better. Bathroom- walls and doors full of marks after last people, radiator full of dust no way to put towels on !

Det lå veldig sentralt i byen og det er rett ved togstasjonen. Det var derfor veldig enkelt å ta toget inn til Gdansk. Rommene var rene og det alt så relativt nytt jt. Det var litt dårlig ventilasjon i rommene, men siden det var desember så var det nok å ha vinduene åpne.

Good

Entrance and staircase very dingy however the room was great very quirky and clean. Sheets & towels were clean however the quilt didn’t fit the bed. Thank god I was sleeping alone as it wouldn’t have covered two people. No noice from other residents after midnight although the train line is next to hotel the trains could be heard as a light sleeper this didn’t interrupt my sleep. Overall very cheap & cheerful place to stay

Except noisy by trains, it was perfect!

There are nice and kind staffs!! It is so close from the central station, and good access to the beach around 10minutes by walk! Room is clean!! One shocked thing is that I couldn’t sleep sometimes because of too loud by trains noise.

Udany pobyt

Hostel w pełni spełnił moje oczekiwania. Jest to miejsce, w którym dba się o gościa. Pani z recepcji wyjątkowo miło witała gości i ze zrozumieniem odnosiła się do ich potrzeb. Udzielała porad, sprawdzała, czy pokój jest wolny chociaż faktycznie nie rozpoczęła się doba noclegowa. Pokój był czysty, a obiekt jest w dobrym stanie. Wybrałem go także ze względu na lokalizację. Dojście z dworca kolejowego zajmuje nie więcej niż dwie minuty. Świadomie wybrałem pokój od strony torów kolejowych, nie przeszkadza mi odgłos przejeżdżających obok pociągów. Gościom wrażliwym na tego typu hałas polecałbym wybór pokoju od strony ulicy.

Mycket nöjd med personalen! Supertrevliga och hjälpsamma. Perfekt läge och bra rum om man bara behöver övernatta. Sov så gott att vi missade planet. Personalen var mer oroade över det än vad vi var. Tvåbäddsrummet var litet och utan förvaring men trebäddsrummet vi fick efter att ha missat flyget var stort och rymligt :)

Straszny hałas

Niestety hotel jest usytuowany w odległości kilku metrów od torów kolejowych, w związku z tym 24 godziny na dobę jest ogromny hałas. W nocy jest problem ze spaniem... Ogólnie bardzo czysto, ale w pokoju zastałam zepsutą lodówkę :(

Helt ok boende om man bara ska sova. Dubbelsängen var bekväm, men det var obekväm extrasäng. Man fick mycket ont i ryggen av den. Lyhört. Andra gäster hördes väldigt väl då det ej var isolerat alls. Skräpigt på golvet, massor med hår från tidigare gäster. Enligt beskrivning skulle det vara en lägenhet med micro. Den saknades. Bra läge om man gillar shopping, men ner till stranden var det rätt långt. Priset på boendet uppfyller inte förväntningarna och bilderna.

I almost got deaf...

Good things: Just at the main street, very cheap, quite spatious rooms, wifi was ok Bad things: Every 8-10 minutes a freaking train drove by just outside the window! It was so bloody loud that I kept waking up every single time from 6 am, it was torture. Not really high standard in room, there was no toilet paper or shower cream/soap so I had to use normal soap. You could clearly hear what the neighbours were talking about and.... "doing" :|

Basic & noisy but central

The location was very good , right in the canter and everything was of local distance . However, the rail tracks are right beside the property and the noise was quite annoying and loud . The property was clean but it had very basic facilities.

redelijk en in het centrum van Sopot.

3 nachten ,geen receptie ,geen donzendekbe en geen koffie aparaat,maar schoon net en niet duur. echter het raam moet dicht blijven wegens de voorbij denderende treinen.
