"No internet nobody are inside for the reception to greet you finally I found a number to call I had to go to a different location to check in and check out it’s the street parallel I had to walk with my luggage on stone street and also breakfast is served there no small refrigerator also and no internet other people complained horrible stay"

"The breakfast was very nice everyday. Some staff were very helpful even though I speak NO Turkish. Hotel is right in busy area, many places nearby to visit and see within walking distance. Noise at night can be a problem as it's a busy area, but it did not disturb us, as our sleeping pattern was off anyway. Good for the price."

"Unfortunately, I can't recommend this property. I paid for a suite for 4 nights but when I checked in at 1am after traveling for 20 hours they gave me the noisiest basic room (#1), next to the kitchen. You can hear every kitchen conversation, plates and cookery smashing, and every time the reception phone rings (loud). The room smelled like stale cigarettes. I barely slept the first 2 nights even with earplugs. The hotel has like 9 rooms. I don't understand why they did this to me. My second morning I had the 'do not disturb' placard on my door and some woman was banging on my door demanding the chairs from my room. Why did these people put chairs in my room that they knew they'd need to have repaired or whatever? Why are you harassing an exhausted guest for chairs early in the morning? At this point if I didn't get my suite I was going to check out early and figure out other accommodations because this place is disrespectful and has no boundaries. Finally, after 2 nights in the bad room, I packed my things and moved to the suite I paid for, which was better and not as noisy. I had to waste an hour and a half on the phone with the hotels.com platform to get my partial refund of the cost difference between the suite and the terrible room for 2 nights. The hotel did offer me free breakfast my last morning which was a nice gesture, but my stay wasn't salvageable at that point. This hotel made my trip so stressful, be kind to yourself and stay somewhere else."

"How happy I am that I stayed here!! It's beautiful, peaceful and the owners are so friendly and gave me great advice. It's clean and the bathroom is modern while the bedroom is lined with wood with shutters on the windows that might even dare from before the French siege. The beds are exceedingly comfortable and the duvet felt like home. Near the castle, good restaurants, the markets, and right in the historical centre between the two hills."

"The rooms are charming and the hotel is in a great location in the old city. The breakfast is pretty impressive. We had some problems with plumbing, but the staff kindly moved our room. The hotel is more of a restaurant/bar (which are both very good) that happens to have a few rooms. There’s loud music until 11:30 (but it does turn off promptly at 11:30)."

"Disappointing Stay - Old, Dirty, and Noisy ​I stayed at Zeynep Hanım Konağı recently and was quite disappointed. While the building has historic charm, the experience itself was far from pleasant. ​Old and Poorly Maintained Rooms: The rooms felt very old, with noticeable signs of wear and tear. ​Dirty and Worn Beds: The beds were in poor condition and felt dirty and worn, which significantly impacted comfort. ​Moldy Bathroom: The bathroom was a major issue, specifically the presence of mold, indicating a severe lack of cleanliness and proper maintenance. ​Excessive Noise: The worst part of the stay was the loud music that continued well past midnight, making it impossible to sleep and causing serious disturbance. ​Overall, the combination of old, dirty facilities and the unbearable noise level made this a very negative experience. I would not recommend this place until major improvements are made to both the cleanliness and the noise management policies."
