"Très bien situé en sortant de l’aéroport.Le lit confortable et la chambre de grand format.La consigne à bagage est un plus et le déjeuner était très bien . Nous y sommes restés une nuit et grâce à la consigne à bagages nous avons eu une belle journée à Londres sans bagages à trainer avec nous. Je le recommande."

"Rooms are a bit dated. The room our travel companions stayed in, the tiles in the ceiling were falling down. In our room, the bathroom didn’t seem clean, stains on the counters. Trash can looked like someone took a hammer to it. Also we kept having to request wash clothes, as none were supplied. The hotel lobby and restaurant was very nice and the staff were awesome."

"First we made a book by error by accidentally typing in the wrong date. So change the date we just had to pay the full room amount again. We asked them to refund the cancellation price because it was just a date error that we corrected immediately. They just did not respond and did not refund. Then we showed up and the room was right across the hall from the front desk, so I’m sure the employee there could just hear every word we were saying through the paper thin walls. The room was NOTHING like the picture. It was run down and awful. The bathroom looked like one a serial killer has in a trailer in the yard to clean up after slaying his victims. We didn’t even stay. We were there for about 1 hour before we decided sleeping on the floor of the airport was better and then left. We tried to get a refund, as well as a refund for another booking we had in the future. Neither were refunded, Expedia wouldn’t help. All that to say… avoid this place like the plague I probably got from being there."

"Possibly the worst experience with Hotel.com I have can in the last 15 years. I changed my train times to accommodate 10.00pm check in. But even at 9.00pm there was no one to help. A bizarre experience of being shown to a multiple habitation attic room by a young lady who spoke no English was later discounted by the owner as a fiction of my making, after I managed to reinterpret the message pinned on the front door and rouse her. The facilities were barely adequate, cold water tap didn’t work, window blind collapsed when I used it, though the bed was comfortable. I can not recommend this place at all."
