I was not informed of the building number or unit until the day before our arrival and if I had known I would have asked for a higher up unit if possible. One person in our party has issues with doing steps, all 39 of them. I have been in other places and they have been great with supplies and this one was really lacking in that area. We did go out and purchase things like paper items, foil wrap, dishwasher soap, etc. TV in the living room; we were unable to get much on it, when tried it asked for a subscription? The unit was clean for the most part, although I did find someone else's sock under our bed! I do suggest maybe a binder with information about the unit and maybe some restaurants and activities around the area. Overall it was okay but I doubt I would book this again if we would visit again in the future.
